If you come across any manufacturing defect in your LYF smartphone within the Extended Warranty cover period, you should immediately call our helpline number on 1800-890-9999 or mail us the details at care@mylyf.com. Our Advisors will guide you on how to proceed. Alternatively, you can also visit your nearest LYF Service Centre along with the faulty handset and the original invoice within 7 days of discovering the defect.
